Answer Hi Hal.h, Yep, Jawbone does not provide any kind of support for it. I spent about 30 minutes digging into this myself. ( I was really curious.) I couldn’t find much in the way of useful info. I think you will need to play around will different generic drivers until you hit one it likes. I didn’t even see anything about that! Maybe someone knows an exact driver and version that will work. However, from what Jawbone said I have to assume that even that is ify. The most useful bit I did find was to make sure that there are no other devices nearby that can interfere with it but that won’t matter until it is found by windows. Also, the error code 0x8007048f is one of those general “oops” codes when windows registry doesn’t like something you did or something someone else did. At least that how it read to me. Good luck, sorry I can’t give a better answer. I’ll ask around here and see if anybody else has any bright ideas. My brother showed me how to do this. 1)  You have to manually add the bluetooth device.  Do this by bringing up the bluetooth ' Add a Device' option from the bluetooth icon. 2)  Turn on the mouse. 3)  Press the other button on the bottom of the mouse; so, the battery LED flashes green/red.  You will see the mouse show up in the list of.
