Find out how to destroy an AT- AT, play as Boba Fett and unlock all of the Diorama Figures with out free Star Wars Battlefront Guide! We break down every multiplayer mode, list all of the Star Cards and provide tips for becoming a better player. This week, we received not one but two action-packed demos of Star Wars Battlefront. The first showcased intense action on the ice planet Hoth, with Rebel and Imperial forces battling on the ground and in the air, with cameos by Darth Vader and Luke Skywaker in his Return of the Jedi gear, green lightsaber in hand. If you haven’t seen it yet, watch this video. Despite putting EA’s multiplayer-focused shooter at the top of our must have lists, thoughts of single player crept into our heads. Yes, we want to team up with friends and pilot TIE Fighters and X-wings in large-scale battles, but what if we need practice to improve our skills, or want to goof around? Enter Battlefront’s Survival Mode.  Think of it as Horde and Firefight from the Gears of War and Halo franchises, respectively. Except this time, you outlast 15 waves of progressively difficult Stormtroopers, AT- STs and whatever the Galactic Empire decides to throw at you while on Tatooine. In addition to slaughtering the AI solo, you even have the option of playing with a friend online, or enjoying couch co-op via split-screen; the latter is only available for PS4 and Xbox One.  The plot, what there is of it, centers on the player crash landing on Tatooine, then attempting to survive the Imperial onslaught until the Rebel Alliance sends help. You start off with a standard issue blaster, and it seems there are at least three pieces of equipment and/or abilities mapped to the L1 (grenades Triangle (shield) and R1 (jetpack) buttons on the PS4 Dual Shock. On top of that, the game rewards your accomplishments, such as headshots, enemies defeated and killstreaks.  Survive a.
Nearly 150,000 fans packed in the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California this weekend for the 2015 Star Wars Celebration, a massive event that’s packed with news and tributes to the most successful science-fiction franchise of all time. Even after all this time, Star Wars is a media juggernaut, and 2015 may be its biggest year yet. Not only does the seventh film in the series, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, hit theaters on December 18th, but a brand new Star Wars video game is on the way as well. Fans attending the Star Wars Celebration witnessed the premiere of a brand new trailer for The Force Awakens, which sent shockwaves across the Internet with its evocative visuals, including a melted Darth Vader helmet and an elderly Han Solo exclaiming, “ We’re home!” This trailer alone would’ve been enough to make attendees feel like they got their money’s worth, but Disney and Lucasfilm went one further, unleashing some big news about the upcoming video game Star Wars: Battlefront. By all accounts, Star Wars: Battlefront, a game that many thought they would never see (the series has been dormant for nearly a decade) looks like it’s going to live up to the hype. The reveal trailer shown at the Star Wars Celebration is absolutely incredible, using in-engine footage to showcase a cinematic version of the game’s 40-player online multiplayer battles. However, not all gamers like to play online, but may still want to enjoy Star Wars: Battlefront. While the definitive Battlefront experience will be the large-scale online multiplayer battles between the Rebels and the Empire, the studio behind Star Wars: Battlefront, DICE, has some good news for people who prefer single player experiences. Star Wars: Battlefront will support bots. There is a game mode called Missions that can be played either solo or cooperatively, and will be filled with bots. This mode can be played.
