Connecting JK02 Breakout board to the DIV268 N-5 A Stepper Drivers. The JK02- M Breakout Board facilitates the communications between the Mach3 software on your computer and the hardware in your CNC Router. Although it has many features, on it's own it is not powerful enough to move a stepper motor. To move stepper motors the breakout board will require a Stepper Driver to interpret it's signals and convert them to physical electrical current to move the stepper motor. Your kit will also contain between 3 and 5  DIV268 N-5 A Stepper Drivers depending on the kit. These instructions will cover how to connect your JK02- M Breakout Board to the DIV268 N-5 A Stepper Drivers. Warnings AC Mains Power can kill or seriously injure DO NOT plug in your equipment while you are working on it Never make jumper switch changes to your Driver while it is powered up as it will permanently damage it   Parts Required Supplied Parts 1 (to 5) x Mounted and Wired DIV268 N-5 A Driver(s) 1 x JK02- M Breakout Board 1 x Twisted Pair Wiring set (or Additional Wire Set optional)   Parts to be sourced No additional parts required.   Recommended tools Wire stripper Wire cutter Crimping tool Flat head screwdriver (small) Parts Overview JK02 Breakout board 5v DC in Terminal block E-stop Input Terminal block A- Limit Input Terminal block Z- Limit Input Terminal block Y- Limit Input Terminal block X- Limit Input Terminal block Relay Terminal block D- Sub 25 - Parallel cable/ PC input connector D- Sub 15 - Jog pendant Input connector DC Relay 5 Axis LED Display connector 4 Axis LED Display connector 3 Axis LED Display connector B Axis Terminal block X Axis Terminal block Y Axis Terminal block Z Axis Terminal block A Axis Terminal block 5v DC USB Power in connector Power source selector switch DIV268 N-5 A Driver Terminal 1 DC+ In Terminal 2 DC- In Terminal 3 Stepper Motor B- Out Terminal 4 Stepper Motor B+ Out Terminal 5.
HY- DIV268 N-5 A is is a PWM chopper-type single-chip bipolar sinusoidal micro-step stepping motor driver. 2-phase bipolar-type stepping motor can be driven by only clock signal with low vibration and high efficiency. Suitable for drive Two-phase stepping motor dynamic voltage 12 V to 48 V, the maximum drive current is less than 5 A and having outer diameter of 35 to 86 mm. This drive uses the current loop subdivision control, the motor torque ripple is very small, low-speed running is very smooth. High-speed torque is much higher than other two-phase drives, high positioning accuracy. Widely used in the engraving machines, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery and other high resolution requirements on the device. NEMA17, NEMA23, NEMA24 and NEMA34 stepper motors work perfectly with this HY- DIV268 N-5 A Stepper Driver. Features PWM constant current drive single-chip bipolar sinusoidal micro-step stepping motor driver Selectable excitation mode (1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16 step) Single power supply Average current control (in 8 steps from 0.2 A to 5 A two-phase sinusoidal current drive output DC 12 ~ 42 V Single power supply operation Optically isolated inputs Over voltage, under-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection High starting speed High-speed torque Black Rugged Plastic Enclosure and Large Black Aluminium Heat Sink Mounting Holes on Heat Sink for Mounting the Drive in Machine Panels Technical Specifications Input voltage DC 8 ~ 50 V input ( Operating Voltage: 12 V – 42 V) The input current of 1 to 5 amps Output current: IOUT= 5.0 A (absolute maximum ratings, peak, within 100ms) IOUT= 4.5 A (operating range, maximal value) Operating Temperature: -10 to 45 ℃ Storage temperature: -40 ℃ to 70 ℃ Weight 200 grams Pinouts PIN PIN NAME DESCRIPTION 1 DIR- Direction Input Cathode of Optoisolator 2 DIR+ Direction Input Anode of Optoisolator 3 PUL- Pulse Input Cathode of.
